• Complete form and e-mail Purchase Order with job description           
• Include desired time frame for completion of hire           
• Include name of contact person for this order with contact information

• Confirm receipt of order and quote cost           
• Follow up with any questions required for successful placement.           
• Advise within 2 days as to when you will have resumes available
• Check resumes, do reference checks, do interviews, complete assessment                       
• Set up interviews                       
• Advise all candidates that the position has been filled and thank them
   for their time and interest.                       
• Follow up with new hire after 1 week, 1 month and 3 months            

WE will:                       
• Decide on interview dates and times                       
• Follow up with debriefing session of interviews                       
• Issue letter of “offer of employment” to successful candidate                       
• Follow up after 1 week, 1 month and 3 months
