Outplacement and career coaching are two separate programs.

1.  SELF REFERRALS

Any individual, who is currently unemployed, starting a new career, has been recently released from employment, or someone who is seeking a change.

The program is unique to all persons in it.  It allows for the person and coach to mutually decide what is required.

2.  OUTPLACEMENT SERVICES

This program is retained by the company, following a termination, in order to give the employee the necessary tools required to move successfully through the process of re-entering the workforce as soon as possible.

It can also be used by individuals who seek a more in-depth approach.

Both programs include, but are not limited to, the following:

a.  Personality/work profile
b.  Resume
c.  Marketing yourself with access to all tools required
d.  Interview skills training
e.  Salary negotiations
f.   Assessment of offer of employment
